Instead, consider bringing members of the organization and board together to create a “tent-pole” workshop that enables your team to co-create organizational strategies alongside each other. The end of the year is a natural, reflective time for a lot of people.

It can also be an extremely hectic time for people as well.

A lot has happened this year: The world seems to be moving on from COVID, inflation is soaring, and people are struggling with a tough job market in the face of a looming recession.
