Being a CEO is no walk in the park. It's even tougher when you're a woman in a male-dominated space. Not one to back down from a challenge, Kristina Bouweiri knows exactly what it's like to be the only female to get a seat at the table.

Kristina is the president and CEO of Reston Limousine and Travel Service, Washington’s largest luxury transportation provider. But just like the rest of us, shedidn’t start at the top. Her professional career started as an assistant program manager for a nonprofit in Africa. After two years, she returned to the US and found a job as selling adversiting.

Little did she know that one sales call would lead her to her future husband and growing his limo business. Thanks to Kristina’s leadership, Reston Limousinehas soared to new heights. What once was a humble fleet of five vehicles has now become a mind-blowing convoy of over 200 cars. The company has survived not just one, but two global crises yet is still growing and prospering.

And through it all, Kristina also raised four children.
