Did you ever consider the value of a smile. A smile can change someones perspective in life just like that!.How could you put a $ value on that? Have you ever been deep in thought and then heard a baby giggling and smiling. No matter what is going on with you for a moment anyway life is better. Consider that in to days fast pace life we need to stop and smell the flowers more often.Consider smiling at people as you walk by them. brighten someones day, what can it hurt?

Cost

Consider that when you turn your muscles upward and smile it can brighten your mood and have you feel better about life regardless of what you are going through in the moment. Try smiling and staying grumpy at the same time, you cant.

ACCEPTANCE

Have you every noticed that when you are struggling with something you are stuck . When you are free of the struggle. When you accept what is happening right now the way it is and the way it isn’t you become free. You then can start taking effective actions that can alter the situation.

Frequently i notice that when i have it should be a particular way or it shouldn’t be a particular way I am resisting something. When I let go of the right and wrong and come from being loving regardless of the situation there is a new found freedom, So when I notice there is struggle i invite you to red flag it. What are you resisting? I experiment alot with this. First though to make any difference you have to become conscious of resistance. It can show up in many ways,

How we react to our own emotions can cause stress and even effect pain we are dealing with. Emotional Stress is a big factor in how long we are ill or are in pain, Knowing this intellectually makes no difference. I really get upset when people say well you chose how healthy you are or you chose how long you hold onto your pain. I just feel made wrong one more time that and I’m at the effect of the pain.

EMOTIONAL PAIN

Recently i got to see how when my emotions ran high, my stress level rose and so did the pain I have been dealing with for months. It was a real eye opener, I knew that thoughts or words create our world and had never experienced it so consciously before. For several months i had been able to reduce my pain from a 10 to a 2 with noticing how i was reacting to others around me. Then recently i had a stressful encounter with someone I cared about and within an hour my pain had accelerated to a 8. So i decide to see what was at the source of this. It was my thoughts

THOUGHTS

My access to reducing my pain or escalating them were to get to the source, of my pain which is my thoughts. What am I thinking when I am in high pain and what am i thinking when i am in low pain?

RESISTANCE

What I noticed is that whatever I resists persists. In fact whenever i have a thought this shouldn’t be this way I am resisting. When I resist that is the source of my struggles. When I can accept the way it is and isn’t in that moment I have freedom. Very interesting. So when I am stressed I want to be responsible for how I am reacting to the situation. That will either make it go smoothly or not. I get to choose. I only get to choose when I am consciously looking at my thoughts and choosing them wisely.

ROADBLOCKS

When things don’t go as planned and there is numerous breakdowns over and over gain do you use that to get you off track ? Do you use those breakdowns as road blocks to stop you . That is not necessary. Breath and start getting creative. Whatever you resist persists. If there is a will there is a way. Look for the good in all the bad. There is always something to learn. What is the lesson here.

Regardless of what life throws at you how would you like to behave today?  Then create an intention for that day.  As the day progresses ask yourself are your actions in alignment to that intention?  If not stop breath and start again.  Mastery takes practice, practice, practice! What actions would You be taking if You was being that intention? You can create a intention newly every day and You get to choose reacting to your day or creating your day.  I prefer creating my day.  Try it, you might find some magic to your day, I certainly do.Thoughts are like clouds they  come and they go  True power and freedom comes from creation.

Sometime the strength within you is not a big fiery flame for all to see. Effectiveness

How effective are you in really listening to what is going on with some one else? Especially when they committed to do something and seem to be back peddling now.. I assert if that is happening, start asking questions and really listen for what is stopping them from fulfilling their commitment. Its usually fear of something. Don’t assume you know, don’t judge. Can you step outside your own emotions on this one? Can you view things entirely fro their perspective of the situation. The more skillful you are at listening the chances are the person might be able to recommit and there is a win, win for all

FEAR

False evidence appearing real, Face everything and rejoice or Fuck everything and run. I have tried all three and Face everything and and rejoice or resume works the best. Is your your fear even real. You may experience fear and the only real fear is if you or your loved ones lives are authentically being threatened. Gun to your head, bear coming at you, stage 4 cancer that is real fear. Otherwise its old memories of something from the past that is stopping you or it is negative core values that you are blind too. For example (they will think I’m stupid) I’m not smart enough, i’m not pretty enough. I almost got stopped recently by the old thought pattern I’m not smart enough. When i distinguished that was what was stopping me I picked up the phone and spoke to my coach. Then I was in action doing what was needed. The fear was still there and I walked along side it.

Having Expectations is creating premeditated upsets. When we have an expectation for things to go a particular way we may be blind to missed opportunities. Its okay to want something to turn out. Just don’t be attached to the outcome. Some of my most enjoyable times in life were when I let things unfold and just enjoyed the moments as they unfolded. If you have an agreement with others that you all are aligned with, then an expectation can work, with out alignment there can be upsets.

The Fight Of Two Wolves Within You

An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life: “A fight is going on inside me” he said to the boy.

“It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.One is evil-he is anger, envy,sorrow,regret,greed,arrogance,self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority,lies,false pride, superiority, and ego.”

Myth One : You can’t try anything new until you are knowledgeable.

Not true I start six business over the years that I was not knowledgeable about and was successful at all of them.

Myth Two: You can’t do it because you are afraid .

Not true i was petrified when i took my former husband to Supreme Court and he had a lawyer and I self represented myself. I gained alot of knowledge and confidence even though i was afraid and didn’t know what the outcome would be. I went for it any ways, fortunately I was successful in getting a fair shake

Myth Three: I don’t need any help, I can do this myself, or I should be able to do this myself

I had been trying to write a book on my own for years then I hired a coach, wrote the book in several months. Velocity and power. Coaches can see our blind spots and they can simplify tings so we don’t get bogged down in the muck
