Ephesians 4:23 You are being renewed in the spirit of your minds. 

We are constantly changing our thought patterns daily. God will always restore you and help you recharge  though so it is very important that you rest and drink enough water when you are going through this transition. We are in a season of facing our fears and releasing any limiting beliefs that are hidden in the subconscious mind.

1. BE STILL. OBSERVE THOSE FEARS AND SIT WITH IT.

2. SIT WITH THE PAIN AND FEEL IT ALL.

3. EMBRACE YOUR FEARS.  How can I learn how to love this or enjoy this more?

4. Rest and recharge . DAY OFF

5. TAKE ACTION . Show up and go for it.  You deserve a happy life. 

- self-love is the key to success and happiness. You can not get anything done in this life without getting this part down. You deserve a good life and it starts with you and how you see yourself... 

What kind of relationship do you have with yourself? Do you truly love and value yourself? So why entertain unhealthy connections or friendships? Set boundaries today and turn your life around now. 

You deserve love and respect. 

It goes back to you and how we see ourselves. If you want to live your best life and attract the best .. you have to truly value yourself and know who you are ...

In order to change your life.. you have to change your perspective and then you will be able to manifest the life you truly desire.

Body Dysmorphia - mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws or their appearance. 

Listening to these affirmations to build a better relationship with yourself, the gym and food will help you feel ten times more confident in your own skin. Practice these for 30 days and be consistent . 

I am becoming the best version of myself. I have the capacity to grow each day. I add value to the world. I appreciate and love my body. Every cell in my body vibrates with love.  I love myself just as I am. I embrace by body and my curves. I am grateful for a healthy body. My flaws are unique and beautiful . I respect , cherish and value myself. I am powerful,worthy, strong, successful and I deserve to be here. I enjoy all foods in moderation. I am getting physically stronger each day. I am getting strong from the inside and out. My muscles are growing. I am a 10/10 no matter what I look like. I am by ideal dream body shape. I appreciate being able to eat healthy foods. I am learning how to build a good relationship with food. I have a good relationship with food.

It takes 30 days to rewire the brain. If you practice saying these affirmations daily or listen to these frequently .. it will help you shift your perspective a lot easier. When we do not attract opportunities into our life it has a lot to do with our mindset and the limiting beliefs we hold that we are not aware of . These limiting beliefs could be passed down from one generation to the next or we have adopted these money beliefs since childhood . Money does not grow on trees. You have to work for money. There is not enough money to pay the bills or go out to eat. We do not have enough money to buy those shoes. All of these are limiting beliefs that block your abundance because you keep repeating them and your mind will believe everything you tell it. Be careful how you talk to yourself. We can create new neural pathways by speaking these affirmations more and trusting in Gods timing that things will be alright and he will provide. 

It is okay to sound delusional . Believe in the impossible and God will make a way . trust in him and in the process.

I am healing but I deserve to enjoy my life as well.I love & accept myself just as I am. I can go in and out of the healing journey. I deserve to be here, whatever happened to you was not your fault. My voice deserves to be heard. I deserve to be seen. It is okay if others do not understand or support me. It is okay to only surround myself with a few people as I learn how to love myself. It is okay to set boundaries and take care of me. 

Listen to affirmation (self love) or you can create your own affirmations and record your voice and listen to them. Listen to music affirmations on spotify.

Observe the negative thought, Why do I think this way? Who said this? Where in my family are they struggling with their mental health?  Do not get attached to the negative story inside of your head or believe these voices. It is most likely not true. It is okay to be scared but do not sit in fear or anxiety. Allow these thoughts to just pass by and choose a different thought pattern. You can change the story each time. Always give yourself love & compassion as you navigate through this .

HOW TO BECOME MAGNETIC AND ATTRACT THE LIFE YOU DESIRE WITH EASE?

Loosing friendships can be a sign of change and growth. It means you are growing and evolving . It can be very hard but it is a good thing. God is simply removing friends from your life because he is protecting you. In other cases some friends go separate ways because life happens and you get busy with kids and family. We will talk about it and it is also important to give yourself time to heal and grieve these connections. You are not crazy if you feel like something is off. Always listen to your intuition. You are changing and growing and that is a good thing.
