Today's episode was quite heavy-hearted for us, but as a collective, we wanted to get our thoughts out on this whole situation and everything that comes with it. We briefly touch on the farmers' protests and mainly cover the backlash celebrities faced, the many human rights violations occurring, and also the fear we experienced posting about huge movements on our platform. We wanted to be very open with you guys and this is probably the realest it's gotten so far in this journey.

We had our first-ever male guest on the show: Adam Gordon!  One of the topics explored in this episode is Men's Mental Health, where Adam and Aman share their own experiences, as well as highlighting how the topic is viewed in society and why it seems as though it is never spoken about. The topic of Further Education arose and Adam helped educate us on the many stigmas, barriers, and racial injustices those of Caribbean descent face in regards to this. He also enlightened us on a number of racial divisions within black culture and dropped some important black history that educational institutions fail to teach in this country. Stay tuned for a quick two truths and one lie where we discover some interesting things about each other.

Aman is a self-labelled: Conspiracy Theorist and decided to fill the rest of us in on these so-called theories. We explored Disney conspiracies, the Illuminati, and 'The Mandela Effect'. Additionally, since the UK is in its third national lockdown, it felt so right to discuss all of the different conspiracies in regards to Covid-19. Did the 5G towers really cause this awful disease? Can the Pfizer vaccine turn you into Spider-man? Did the government want to downsize their population? Stay tuned, to find out our thoughts about these and for a rather peculiar set of would you rather questions.

WELCOME BACK TO EPISODE 25! Today we decided to get our rage out about the all-famous £30 meal packages for school kids provided by the UK government. We shout out Marcus Rashford for bringing this issue to everybody’s attention including our own and also compare our individual upbringings with each other (oooooo things get real spicy lol jk).

A realisation was hit before the recording of today’s episode, so we thought we’d discuss it! The big question: ‘Does the clothing of a female define who they are?’ was asked and our opinions were given. The Delhi gang rape and London school girl attacks are also topics of discussion, followed by our own experiences.

It's the first episode of the new year guys, we made it and so did you! We touch on how we are settling into the new year and how we are feeling about it. The new Netflix show 'The circle' is discussed, as well as podcasts like 'Zane and Heath: Unfiltered' and Anchal's 'What would the Aunties say?'. Eyebrows are raised, big laughs are made and heartbreak is felt- we hope you enjoy!

Today is our last episode of 2020 and we reflect on this year's highs and lows. We discuss our own accomplishments, as well as each others, and give an insight into what goals we want to achieve next year. Let's make 2021 one for the books!

In this week's episode we discuss health and fitness! We explore how growing up we weren't really encouraged to be active and how the phrase 'puppy fat' was thrown around so much growing up. We also touch on how we find ourselves living a certain lifestyle now, weight gain/loss and much more.

In today's episode, we played a tiny bit of a word association game that lead to speaking about the ten different meanings of Punjabi words! We then explored the question: 'Do we feel apart of a community'? in regards to religion or culture- which resulted in some honest opinions and some heartfelt realizations.
