Perfectionism is exhausting, to tell you the truth.

I mean, being goal-driven to do everything to the best of your ability is a great quality to have, but it becomes unhealthy when being an overachiever starts to drain you and makes you feel burnt out for no good reason.

And so in this episode I am going to tell you all about what perfectionism even is, my experiences as a perfectionist, and how I have made efforts to manage it and not let it take over my life, so hopefully there might be something in here to help you if you have similar experiences, and if not, then welcome to my world!
