I am going into what white cane safety day is and what it is is a national holiday celebrated on October 15th and it is for completely blind and visually impaired people to celebrate blindness and what the white cane represents and what it is meant for and what it is used for. And with the white cane it represents complete freedom complete independence it represents respect it represents confidents it represents we are capable of reaching our goals and achieving our dreams as completely blind and visually impaired people

I talk about weather you are completely blind or visually impaired or even sighted we all may deal with people we do not like but what if your in a work place setting then what ? I talk about how your boss may notice that you do not get along with a certain person and may surprise you and ask you to work with that person . I talk about what are some things you can do to work with that person you do not like . I as well talk about how being a team player and a team leader is important being able to work around those issues with that person or setting them aside and focusing on being a team player and getting that job done as a team is a good thing for showing your boss and showing yourself that you can work as a team

Weather you have conflict or issues with that person or your best friends with them being able to se aside those conflicts and issues and working together to get that task done .
