I am going into my answer for this question and the difference between having joy and choosing joy is when you are having joy you feel it in your heart you are feeling good you are in good spirits and you choose to have joy as a emotion . Now with choosing joy you are choosing to have joy in your heart no matter what no matter the circumstances no matter the dramatic stress or pain you are feeling you choose to be joyful no matter what your going through and you choose to live in that life style right then and right now .
