Have you ever had a bad day where you just want to shut your brain off? Mine was pretty recent and my wonderful business coach, Carlyn, reminded me to reflect on what I am grateful for. It made me think of my favorite quote! "Gratitude is the attitude for the altitude of living" If you can focus on what you are grateful for instead of what is getting you down, it will definetely change your mood, I promise!
