Another week another short, Insecurities and mental health, 2 different things or corelated topics?  Well, truth is the things we can't change about ourselves often lead to depression stemming from this insecurities. At the end of the day, we need to do what's good for us not them.

Bet money if we asked you to name one film that's moved you or spoke to you you'll name 3 or probably more.  This week the boys take us through everything film, they touch on the black film industry, the Kenyan film industry and what it has to offer, we also get a sneak peak at their favorite genre of movies. For the big one, they also look at what producers, directors and actors get right with film and what they get wrong.

Turns out the boys are full fledged filmmakers, and they give they two cents on the KENYA film industry.
