I had the privilege of visiting the ruins of Berry Pomeroy Castle in England, a site with a fascinating history that piqued my interest, particularly because it was originally purchased by Edward Seymour, the 1st Duke of Somerset and Lord Protector. During my visit, I was fortunate to receive a guided tour and an in-depth history lesson on this remarkable piece of English heritage.
