About my facial injury, and the diet that seems to work for me involves Organic grain free low Histamine with portion controlled ,plus 8 and 16 fasting a couple days a week. I can’t believe my face doesn’t hurt anymore: )

Thing technique is used throughout the day and evening your awake. You breath in and out around a five count for each. Five for in and five for out. Let your breath flow in and out.The reason is people with anxiety or PTSD hold their breath And take tiny short breaths. 💨Good luck 👍
