While it is important to have the space to divulge and vent your struggles, it is crucial to know that there is a solution to the challenges we face because we are never given a burden that we can't handle. It is important that we face our trauma, depression, anxiety, fears, and whatever other scary words you can think of HEAD ON because after the fight, when we are victorious, we also are stronger, better, and closer to peace than we were at the beginning of our struggles.
