S2 Ep 28: Desire Dance with @JayAnnLimited_Edition is an interview with choreographer, founder and creative director of Desire Dance Series. Jessica details the start of her journey as a professional cheerleader and dancer and what lead to the creation of Desire Dance, a fun, sexy and sensual dance and fitness series for women of ages 18+. In this interview, Jessica and I talk about how we met and later joined Hampton Roads UFL Virginia Destroyers, as cheerleaders and how the experience as both a professional and semiprofessional cheerleader help to shape and develop her passion of being a choreographer for her own dance brand.
Jess recounts her humble beginnings of starting Desire Dance, faulty contracts, finding a studio and building her dance brand and attendees. Jess highlights her experience auditioning for the NFL and her advice for dancers that want to pursue a professional career as a dancer or cheerleader. We discuss the ever popular topic, humble vs being proud and her advice to “not give up if you don’t see instant results.”
Jess offers private parties, one-on-on private lessons, workshops and prep classes. Desire Dance Series is every Tuesday at 757 Dance Studio, 176 S Rosemont Virginia Beach, VA, 8:30pm, 10 cash.

So here it is, we've made it into a new year and by this time you've outlined your New Year resolutions to either lose weight, eat healthier, find love, quit smoking, save money or even get out of debt. We've decided to leave old habits in 2018 and focus on revamping ourselves in the new year and yet, by the second or third week the "new year, new me" mentality we once had entering the new year has went out the window.
The goal in successfully achieving your resolution is to set realistic ones.
Simple enough, right?
Wrong!
It's easy to get discouraged and off track if your resolutions are unrealistic. Statics show that 25% of resolutions are broken in the first week. If a resolution is broken in the first week that means a resolution was never even created to begin with. Apart of a lifestyle change is to stay true to the change and don't give up.
Listen to hear 10 ways to stay true to your resolutions and turn them into a lifestyle!
