Have you ever found that you shrink yourself in order to fit into other people’s world? Maybe you ended two relationships in one year like me. It’s time for you to take a break, unwind, set some boundaries, and find yourself before you try to find a person.

It is okay to quit any relationship at any point that you find it is no longer serving purpose. If you find it more challenging than not to leave someone after repeated destructive episodes it could be that you have formed a trauma bond with this individual.
