Trailer for Route 66 and soon to come while you were sleeping, part one and and two of a three-part series telling the story of the most challenging time of my life as well as my children’s. Facing my fears of judgement to come into this diamond that under pressure only got better with time. It’s a beautiful coming to self journey.

This is the first of many episodes telling my story from the last time I saw my child Lucas to present moment. I have never told these stories except maybe to a therapist however.. it’s time. There will be several episodes and Route 66 is the first. I call it Route 66 because this part of my life was a challenge and was a long, uncomfortable trip. Watch as I arrive at my destination.. . If you want a glimpse into what has gone on behind the scenes of a “doesn’t matter how you feel it only matters how you look”small town girl that thought she couldn’t survive it showing herself that can’t never did nothing and sacred goals mean sacrifices that saved not only her life but hopefully will inspire or save one of yours.

Gratitude for my mother for her grace and patience as she taught me to be the mother I had myself. We went years without speaking and just began the steps to peace and a reunion. Parenting is hard and we all make mistakes but when you’re grown-up it’s time to go get help for whatever you’re going through from your childhood and heal so that you can raise healthy, healed children.
