*"...our difficulty in being human is the assumption that there is meaning out there separate from your own projection of meaning. I invite you to maybe spend some time and look at that. How we don't think it's blank, that we think there is a meaning beyond our own creation of meaning. Even if somebody else has a meaning, you can say, "Hey, look, there's a meaning out there.” Somebody else has a meaning. Well, you give 'their meaning' meaning, and that meaning that you give 'their meaning' is inside of you. Beyond your projection of their meaning, their meaning means nothing. So it's incredibly empty. This emptiness is a great space of allowing, that allows for all meaning, which for me is like unconditional love."*

"My disturbance with life isn't really about life. It's me thinking that life is in the way of what I want. And so I don't forgive life. I see that there's nothing to forgive. It was a misunderstanding. So they are arises and effortless forgiveness. In this, I see that as other people move, how they move, life being life, they don't disturb me. I get disturbed by my own innocent misunderstanding that I'm currently learning through so that more love can flow. Be gentle on yourself. Forgive yourself, please."

*"If you think someone's lying to you, you could really take that personally and it could hurt because we don't want people to lie to us. It seems unsafe. There's this inner authority where let people lie to you or you let people mansplain to you while knowing exactly what they're doing. And not needing it. And it's a great navigation socially, I think, where you're like, you're just standing on your own authority and you just watch other people do what they do and you kind of learn who you resonate working with. You learn how to work with certain people. There's a really intuitive aspect to that social interaction that I feel really brings a guidance. But if you're taking things personally, you can't hear that guidance at all."*
