Tilcholi is a Punjabi short story written by Mohan Bhandari which is the enterprise of 'Rauki' To 'Lala Raunk Mall'.

The protagonist of the story passes through many ups and downs throughout his life. All the stages that he pass shape his identity and ultimately transforms him to a very different person as compared to what he was used to.

Yet he realises that this transformation has a price to pay which indeed dilutes his originality and the roots that he comes from...
