You never know what life will throw at you, you never know how quickly someone can turn their back on you, even after years of pouring your trust in them. But time heals all things.

In this life when you let something go you are going to have to go through the trenches, go to war for it to become beautiful again. I talk about how leaving my marriage meant that I was going to have a war to fight through.

Sometimes in life letting go of Love means gaining so much more, but it will cause you shame, fear and loneliness first. But don’t be afraid to let go...

Sometimes we have to take a risk in love. Whether it’s staying in a relationship or leaving. Either way we take a risk. That risk can lead to a better decision, a better life. But I know it’s scary at first.

Did you settle for love because you felt comfortable? You were too scared to leave a situation that no longer brought you joy? Most people settle because they feel they don’t deserve more... I was never scared to leave.

I go into my childhood and how I was raised, which gave me my definition of love. I believe how we are brought up shows us what love is, how to love looks like regardless of the experiences being good or bad. Is love a choice? Is it sacrificial?
