Tim Anderson Podcast

My buddy Ty joins the pod to help me recap the TOC at Kapalua along with the Justin Thomas controversy. We then get to our picks for the Sony Open. We also touch on the woes of Matsuyama and Fowler while giving some love to our local MN guys. Enjoy.

Zach and Derek join me to talk about our favorite PPV of all time. The Royal Rumble. We wax poetic about our favorite moments, Least favorite moments, rules quirks, what we would do differently and so much more. We also make this the first of our public pleas for Molly Holly to join us on the podcast. So much Rumble. So little time. Enjoy and send us your thoughts.

256 NFL games in the books and now we move to the playoffs but before that, we break down the coaching openings. Then we take a look at Doug Pedersen's decision to wave the white flag in Washington. Finally, we look at all the matchup's this Wild Card Weekend. It's a great escape considering all we saw in the news this week. Enjoy.

Time for me to get more in depth about my favorite sport of golf. I start my series of weekly breakdowns of the upcoming PGA events starting with The Sentry Tournament of Champions at Kapalua Plantation Course in Hawaii. I provide you a few of the big storylines to watch and give you my pick to win along with my daily fantasy lineup which will surely fail.

Resident Movie Buff Lauren has returned for our second installment of Peak Cinema where we take a closer look at classic and not so classic films. This week we analyze "The Mummy" starring Brendan Fraser. We obviously take a deep dive into the film while also waxing intellectual about the career of Brendan Fraser. Ryan also joins the podcast but mostly just eats ice cream sandwiches.

Josh Allen is a freaking stud and I was 100% wrong and for that I do a mea culpa. Aaron Rodgers looks like the MVP of the league. I drafted him in fantasy so therefore I was right. The Saints dominate the JV squad of the Vikings and for that Ryan offers no credit. Cam Newton threw for 34 yards on MNF and for that Zach offers Josh McDaniels no head coaching opportunities this year. Plus we look at the playoff picture and unveil our final power ranking of the regular season. All that and much much more. Enjoy.

We are back to break down a wild week in the NFL complete with starting QB's unwinding at strip clubs during Covid Times, A star WR who feels compelled to TikTok before games and a winless team knocking off a potential Super Bowl contender. I swear you can't make this stuff up. All that plus so much more on this special pre holiday edition of the pod. Enjoy. Snow is coming .

Movie Buff Lauren debuts on the podcast with our Peak Cinema series. This is a pod dedicated to movie fans who want to listen to people get all in depth of classic and not so classic films and actors. The idea is to see if it still holds up and if not, where did it go wrong. No better film to start with then the classic Mike Myers 1997 hit "Austin Powers" Ryan also joins bringing a perspective of a man who has never seen it before which makes the experience all the better. Enjoy.

Poor Dan Bailey eats a Kickers Crap Sandwich. Stefon Diggs is legit and expressed why he wanted out of Minnesota. We discussed the merits of the trade and ponder what might have been. Then we take a glance at the playoff picture and discuss who needs the first round bye the most. Of course we then take another run at Take Your Pick, Power Rankings and send another team to Elimination Chamber.

It's time to really nerd out on the podcast. Derek and Zach drop by to talk pro wrestling finishing moves for an hour. We delve into our favorites and why the current product gets it so wrong. We each bring a top 5 and our favorite honorable mentions. We laugh, we cry, we get really meta. It's an hour I don't want back. I Loved every second.
