Tim is as successful a real estate agent as he is an artist. When we first talked with him, he'd just wrapped a viral online art project that raised 150-thousand dollars for fire victims.

Flash forward and he's just crossed something else off his bucket list: he's produced an art coffee table book and it's gorgeous.
