Some thoughts relating to trauma and how to move through it We can change our physiological responses, by movement and shaking.
If left unaddressed, trauma can show up later as a myriad of seemingly unrelated conditions - chronic pain, nervous tics, mental disorders and leave you searching for the source of your discomfort. Move, shake, and vibrate - this is the key to allowing suppressed energy to move through you

We have a responsibility to live as a human being, but beneath that we have a deeper calling.
You don't always need to chase a high - you can't stay on a high forever, just as you can't stay in a low either. Find balance in your life through healthy routines that will allow you to stay neutral when times are tough.
Situations in our lives both from the past and the present can give rise to winter seasons in our lives. Navigating unhealed trauma, anxiety and depression is the shadow work that you need to do for your growth. Anxiety is the warning bell that we need to move in a new direction, let go of versions of ourselves that are no longer resourceful for who we need to be. When you are experiencing anxiety or depression, the key is to move and express through the body - we can't talk or think about these things in the traditional sense. Anxiety needs a place to go, don't try and stop it, let it move through you..allow yourself to express what needs to be expressed, and continue walking your path.
Spirituality is not always a peaceful process, and you have to let go of layers of beliefs and ideas that are no longer resourceful to you - embrace your winter stage.
Practise your ability to say no to be able to say yes. Having routine and setting boundaries will give you a framework to operate in and allow you to navigate life's various seasons.
