Stephen Bassett is a political activist, disclosure advocate and the executive director of Paradigm Research Group (PRG) founded in 1996 to end a government-imposed embargo on the truth behind extraterrestrial related phenomena.

Steve has spoken to audiences around the world about the implications of "Disclosure" - the formal confirmation by heads of state of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. He has lectured around the world on the political implications of UAP/ET phenomena and given over 1200 radio and television interviews, and his advocacy work has been extensively covered by national and international media including being featured on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and in the Washington Post and New York Times.

In 2013 Steve's organization conducted a "Citizen Hearing on Disclosure" at the National Press Club in Washington. In November of 2014 he launched a two-year political initiative out of Washington, DC that injected the ET issue into the 2016 presidential campaign, and in December 2023, Steve Co-Founded The Hollywood Disclosure Alliance in Los Angeles, a new, media-centric organization working to align those working within the UAP/ET research arena with writers, directors and producers working across every facet of the global entertainment industry. These are only a few of his many achievements.

The bioRxiv pre-print of a paper entitled, "Brain Functional Connectivity Correlates of Anomalous Interaction Between Sensorily

Isolated Monozygotic Twins" discusses a scientific study examining brain functional connectivity changes associated with possible anomalous interaction between sensorily isolated monozygotic twins.

Dr. Richard Silberstein, a professor of neuroscience at the Brain Sciences Institute of Swinburne University where he served as founding Director, and previously as head of the Department of Physics. Dr. Silberstein has a long standing interest in functional brain imaging and is the inventor of “Steady State Topography” (SST), a technique for mapping rapid changes in human brain activity.

Steady State Topography has been used to investigate normal cognitive and emotional processes such short term memory, visual imagery and anxiety as well as disordered brain states such as schizophrenia and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

More recently, Prof Silberstein has used an SST variant to investigate the relationship between cognitive ability, including creativity and brain functional connectivity.

Dr Silberstein has a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Melbourne, and in addition to his professorial duties, he also serves as Chairman and CEO of Neuro-Insight Pty. Ltd. a company offering SST based brain imaging consulting services to the communication services industry.

Daniel P. Sheehan is a constitutional and public interest lawyer, public speaker, political activist and educator.

Over his career, Sheehan has participated in numerous legal cases of public interest, including the Pentagon Papers case, the Watergate Break-In case, the Silkwood case, the Greensboro massacre case, the La Penca bombing case and others. He established the Christic Institute and the Romero Institute, two non-profit public policy centers. Since 2015 Sheehan has lectured on American history, politics and the assassination of John F. Kennedy at the University of California, Santa Cruz.[2] Sheehan is currently Chief Counsel of the Romero Institute, where his focus is the Lakota People's Law Project.

Sheehan has spoken publicly about UFOs and alien visitation, and has served as counsel for Harvard University psychiatrist John Mack as well as Steven Greer's Disclosure Project. He currently represents Luis Elizondo, the former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program in a case against the US Department of Defense.
