  • Gary McKinnon - Hacking UFOs: 20 Years Later
Gary McKinnon made international headlines in 2002 after being accused of perpetrating the "biggest military computer hack of all time". He maintains he was looking for evidence of a UFO coverup - and joins us to discuss exactly what he found, and how his life has changed in the last 20 years.
Gary was accused by the US Government of hacking into 97 United States military and NASA computers over a 13-month period between February 2001 and March 2002 from his girlfriend's aunt in London using the name 'Solo'.
Gary has consistently maintained that his motivation was to find evidence of UFOs, antigravity technology, and the suppression of "free energy" – and that he was inspired by a Disclosure Project statement at the Washington Press Club back in May 2001.
Gary claims to have actually found evidence for at least some of these claims, including NASA photographic expert Donna Hare's claim that images were regularly cleaned of evidence of UFOs at the Johnson Space Center's Building 8. In his words, he heard about the claim from the Disclosure Project, and says he found evidence in exactly the location the expert said it would be located.

  • David Carrier - Human Adaptations For Aggression
Men's hands adapted to make better fists, and our faces are reinforced to withstand punches. We've been fighting for so long we evolved towards it. Dr. David Carrier discusses the human evolutionary adaptions for aggression and how we can work to embrace our better nature.
Dr. David Carrier is a Professor in the School Of Biological Sciences at the University of Utah. He has a BA in Biology and Geology and an MA in Biology from the University of Utah, a PhD in Biology from the University of Michigan, and specialization in the evolutionary morphology of tetrapods and musculo-skeletal biomechanics.
Dr. Carrier’s research includes the evolution and functional morphology of hominins, the biomechanics and evolution of lung ventilation and locomotion, the ontogeny of the vertebrate musculoskeletal system and locomotor performance – and the anatomical and physiological specialization for aggressive behavior.
In other words, Dr. Carrier is an expert in how we evolved to hunt, and how we adapted to fight – which is our focus today.

  • Kent Peacock - The Fermi Paradox & Lotka's Law
The universe should be filled with alien civilizations - so where are they? Dr. Kent Peacock discusses the "Great Filter" resolution to the Fermi Paradox, and argues that it wouldn't be a single factor, but instead the statistics of survival in an always-dangerous universe.
Dr. Peacock discusses the UAP phenomenon and why astronomers typically discount it in their search for alien life. Instead of chasing UFO's, organizations like SETI look to the stars - but if Dr. Peacock's hypothesis is correct, they may be difficult to find. The frequency of species that survive multiple existential threats would likely obey a power law such as Lotka's Law, which would exponentially reduce the number of advanced civilizations.
Dr. Peacock is a professor of philosophy at the University of Lethbridge, and is a philosopher of science focused on physics and ecology. He also has strong interests in the metaphysics of time, logic, environmental ethics, the nature of ingenuity and creativity, and the complex nature of challenges flowing out of humanity's current ecological crisis.

  • Paul Jaffe - Space-Based Beamed Solar Power
Dr. Paul Jaffe discusses a 4-year ground-breaking research effort in space-based beamed solar power technology involving the development & testing of modules for conversion of sunlight into microwaves, which is currently in orbit on the X-37B space plane.
Space-based beamed solar power works by collecting solar power with orbiting solar power satellites and beaming it back to Earth. Its advantages include a higher collection of energy due to the lack of reflection and absorption by the atmosphere and the elimination of nighttime blackout periods that currently require petroleum-based standby systems for terrestrial solar power. Space-based solar power systems convert sunlight to microwave or optical energy, which can be transmitted through the atmosphere to receivers on the Earth's surface.
Dr. Paul Jaffe, an electronics engineer and researcher at the Naval Center for Space Technology at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL). In over 25 years at the NRL, he has worked on dozens of space missions for a range of defense and civilian agency sponsors.
Dr. Jaffe earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park, and served as a coordinator of two studies of the military applications of Space-Based Solar Power (SBSP), and as an editor of the study groups’ final reports.

  • Jack Sarfatti - Quantum Entanglement, Non-Locality & The Nobel Prize
Dr. Jack Sarfatti provides a detailed history of quantum entanglement & non-locality, offers insights into the 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics, and describes how Susskind & Maldecena's ER=EPR conjecture explains UAP flight performance and Elizondo's "5 Observables".
ER = EPR is a conjecture in physics stating that two entangled particles (a so-called Einstein–Podolsky–Rosen or EPR pair) are connected by a wormhole (or Einstein–Rosen bridge) and may be a basis for unifying general relativity and quantum mechanics into a theory of everything.
Dr. Jack Sarfatti has proposed the use of gravitational metamaterials to create a low-power warp-drive based on established principles of relativity theory. His model warp-drive propulsion explains the reported flight performance of UAPs as described in the US Navy Nimitz encounters.
Jack Sarfatti has a Ph.D. in physics from the University of California, taught physics at San Diego State University, worked with David Bohm at the University of London's Birkbeck College and with Abdus Salam at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, Italy.
Jack was the basis of the memorable time-travelling Dr. Emmett Brown in the Back to the Future trilogy, and the author of Super Cosmos (2005), Destiny Matrix (2002), Space: Time And Beyond II (2002), and the coauthor with Fred Alan Wolf and Bob Toben of Space-Time and Beyond: Toward an Explanation of the Unexplainable (1982).

  • John Michael Greer - The Catabolic Collapse Of Civilization (Part 2)
Is the collapse of modern civilization already underway? John Michael Greer explains the "Catabolic Collapse" stair-step model of decline and we discuss living standards, corporate & financial losses, inflation, energy costs, and how overall socioeconomic complexity contributes to the decline process.
In today's interview, we address key audience questions related to a number of topics from our first interview, including: anthropogenic climate change, corporate & financial losses, inflation, masking of decline issues through automation and privatization, standards of living and "side gigs", the relative importance of peak oil, and the contributions of complexity, and much more.
John Michael Greer is an accomplished author who writes on ecology, politics, appropriate technology, oil depletion and the occult. He has published dozens of both books and articles, many of them on peak oil, economics, history, philosophy and related topics.
In a 2005 abstract, called "How Civilizations Fall: A Theory of Catabolic Collapse", he described an ecological model of collapse in which production fails to meet maintenance requirements for existing capital, which we'll be discussing today.

  • Paul Ehrlich - The Population Bomb & Beyond
Over 50 years ago, he predicted dire consequences from overpopulation, and since then our population has doubled. Dr. Paul Ehrlich joins us to discuss overpopulation, resource depletion & global climate change - and what we can do to stop it.
Dr. Paul Ehrlich is the Bing Professor of Population Studies, Emeritus, and President of the Center for Conservation Biology at Stanford. He is author and coauthor of more than 1,100 scientific papers and articles and over 40 books, including the 1968 best-seller, “The Population Bomb”, co-authored with his wife Anne.
Dr. Ehrlich is a member of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, the American Philosophical Society and a Foreign Member of the Royal Society. Among his many other honors is the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences and being awarded the Crafoord prize. He has appeared on more than 1,000 TV and radio programs and was a correspondent for NBC News.
Back when Paul and Anne wrote "The Population Bomb", the global population was at 3.5 billion. Today, we’re at 8 billion people, and United Nations projects a peak of around 10.4 billion people during the 2080s.
Critics called the book alarmist and noted that the mass starvation he predicted never came to pass – but others have said that his book helped to prevent this tragedy by raising awareness and inspiring positive action.
Advances in agriculture and technology helped us avoid mass starvation, but our increasing population is causing adverse effects. Will demographic transition help keep population in check as lifestyles change from agricultural to industrialized society, and what lessons can we learn from China's "one-child" policy?

  • Riccardo Storti - Bob Lazar's UFO Propulsion System Analysis
Bob claimed he worked on reverse-engineering extraterrestrial craft at Area 51 / S-4 in the 1980s. In this presentation Riccardo Storti reviews Lazar's claims about the performance, specifications, and physics required to make it work.
In this presentation, Storti examines specific assertions made by Bob Lazar regarding EM propulsion he claims to have observed at S4 (part of the Area 51 complex), and tests them again the EMG physics construct.
Lazar claimed propulsion worked by the generation of, "an intense gravitational field and using that field to distort space/time, bringing the destination to the source, and allowing you to cross many light years of space in little time and without traveling in a linear mode near the speed of light.”
Lazar claimed that element 115 served both as a generator of the gravitational field causing propulsion, and also as the fuel for the matter/antimatter reactor that powers the rest of the craft.
“…Element 115 is bombarded with a proton, which plugs into the nucleus of the 115 atom and becomes 116, which immediately decays and releases a small amount of antimatter...antimatter and matter collide and annihilate totally converting to energy”

  • Oscar L. Martin - Europe's Energy Crisis & Nuclear Power
Europe is hurting without Russian gas, and renewables aren't meeting demand. Is there nuclear solution? Oscar L. Martin discusses how next-generation nuclear reactors can provide a safe, clean solution for the European shortage and increasing global energy demands.
Russia has cut gas supplies to Europe, energy costs are up a record 54% in the UK, and Germany is putting coal-fired electricity back on the grid just to keep the heat on this winter. Solar and wind-solutions are environmentally popular choices, but have limited electrical output and require standby generators for low-wind / low-sun periods.
What about nuclear? In the USA, we have 92 operational nuclear power plants putting electricity on the grid. France has 56, the UK has 9 – but Germany, which just went back to burning coal, only has 3, and all were scheduled to be decommissioned this year.
Fears about nuclear accidents play a role in slowing the adoption of nuclear power, but newer fail-safe reactor designs like molten-salt reactors provide a path forward alongside regional solutions like hydro and geothermal energy.
Oscar Martin is a strategy, innovation, and transformation executive with executive & technical expertise in a variety of cutting-edge technologies. He helped design the early smartphones with Hewlett Packard, designed torpedo stabilizers with BRS Aerospace, developed the video technology used in the Nasdaq building, and led the development of several subsystem of the Galileo satellites, the European GPS.
Oscar also restructured several companies, including the 22 sites GKN Aerospace has in North America. He also worked in the energy industry with the AKO Group, leading the team designing, manufacturing and building the electrical control software and hardware for nuclear and solar plants. Our focus today are the challenges and proposed solutions to meeting the world’s energy demands.
