  • Jack Sarfatti - UAPs, Warp-Drives, Time-Travel & Consciousness (Part 1)
Dr. Jack Sarfatti conceptualizes UAP propulsion, offers insights into warp-drive design, and describes his approach to consciousness, time-travel, and other cutting-edge topics in science & physics.
Instead of traditional "relativistic rocket" equations, the Sarfatti "weightless warp-drive" concept utilizes gravitational metamaterials to create a low-power warp-drive based on the conventional & well-accepted principles of relativity theory. Jack's model for warp-drive propulsion also explains the reported flight performance of UAPs.

  • David Chester - General Relativity: Gravity & Beyond
Dr. David Chester discusses complex theories of relativity with a focus on gravity and applications for gravity modification & advanced propulsion.
Originally entitled "The Most General Theories of Relativity: Metric-Affine Gravity & Beyond", this presentation delves into metric-affine & cube of Einstein gravity, and explores curvature & torsion tensors, local (gauge) symmetries, tensors, frame fields, torsion, spin density, and more.
Dr. David Chester has a PhD in Physics from UCLA, and became passionate about quantum field theory and general relativity while attending MIT for undergraduate studies. During his graduate studies at UCLA he worked on efficient scattering amplitude methods for Yang-Mills theory and its relation to solutions of gravity.
His PhD thesis discussed how to compute gravitational radiation from Feynman diagrams. This further demonstrated that theoretical methods used for the LHC can be relevant for LIGO, two of the largest experimental endeavors. David is also interested in the application of exceptional mathematics to describe quantum gravity beyond the standard model physics.
Dr. David Chester is a member of the Quantum Gravity Research Group, a team of physicists, mathematicians and chemists are hard at work on what we call “emergence theory,” a new quantum gravity theory (or “Theory of Everything”) that unifies space, time, energy, matter, information and consciousness.

  • Gary Stephenson - UAPs, AATIP & Gravitomagnetic Propulsion
Gary Stephenson discusses the Pentagon's AATIP program, Jack Sarfatti’s "Tic Tac" UAP warp-drive, and describes a method for gravitomagnetic propulsion proposed by Dr. Robert L. Forward.
Gary has had a deep interest in gravity modification and advanced propulsion for decades, and has published numerous scientific articles on various topics, especially related to the detection & generation of High-Frequency Gravitational Waves.
Gary Stephenson is an aerospace systems engineer with wide-ranging industry experience at organizations including NASA, United Technologies, Linquest, Boeing, ITT, and Hughes Aircraft Company.
Gary has had a deep interest in gravity modification and advanced propulsion for decades, and has published numerous scientific articles on various topics, especially related to the detection & generation of High-Frequency Gravitational Waves.
Stephenson is also a well-established contributor to many authoritative scientific papers by other researchers, and is a past participant in notable advanced propulsion conference such as the 2003 Mitre HFGW and 2005-2008 INPS STAIF (Section-F) conference events.
Gary's presentation begins with a review of Hal Puthoff's 2018 talk on the AATIP program and Jack Sarfatti’s 2021 analysis for "Tic Tac" UAP Warp Drive. He will discuss how the AATIP program has benefited his work in general, and help the audience understand some of the motivations and provide context behind my current paper related to Gravitomagnetism.
In his presentation on Gravitomagnetism, he describes a method for creating a measurable unbalanced gravitational acceleration using a gravitomagnetic field surrounding a superconducting toroid as described by Forward (1962). An experimental Superconducting Magnetic Energy Storage (SMES) toroid configuration of wound superconducting nanowire is proposed to create a measurable acceleration field along the axis of symmetry, providing experimental confirmation of the additive nature of a Lense-Thirring derived gravitomagnetic field.
In the present paper gravitational coupling enhancement of this effect is explored using high permittivity material, as predicted by Sarfatti (2020) in his modification to Einstein’s General Relativity Field Equations for gravitational coupling in matter.

  • Namrata Goswami - China's Shadow War In Space
Dr. Namrata Goswami discusses attacks on US satellites, the Great Powers Competition, China’s grand strategy for space, and the current Shadow War in space between the US, China & Russia.
Gen. David Thompson, the Space Force’s first vice chief of space operations, told the Washington Post that “Both China and Russia are regularly attacking U.S. satellites with non-kinetic means, including lasers, radio frequency jammers and cyber attack,” and these attacks are happening “every day”.
Breaking Defense described another type of attack, with Chinese satellites “Buzzing, Spoofing, and Spying” on American satellites. Jim Cooper from COMSPOC called this “ The development of a tactic, technique and procedure, a TTP, to spoof an enemy’s network for space situational awareness”.
There’s also the potential for physical attacks on satellites as well. China's Shijian-21 space debris mitigation satellite recently towed a dead satellite to a high graveyard orbit – and a new class of “inspector satellites” can rendezvous with other satellites to inspect, manipulate, and potentially damage them.
Finally, Bloomberg has written that “China has multiple ground-based laser weapons of varying power levels to disrupt, degrade, or damage satellites,” and both China and Russia have been developing ground-launched anti-satellite missiles.
So, we have satellites blinding, spoofing, damaging, and destroying each other in space, and ground systems designed to shoot them down. Jack Detsch, writing in Foreign Policy, said that the net effect of all this is to speed up the militarization of space.
The takeaway is this: space is no longer the safe haven it once was, and while human lives aren’t being lost, a long-term, low-grade form of military conflict is already underway, and like to follow the human race to the Moon, Mars, the asteroid belt, and beyond.
