  • Hutchison Effect - Metallurgy & Spectrographic Analysis
    In today’s presentation we’ll be analyzing footage of the Hutchison Effect, examining a collection of equipment & materials photos taken during trips to John’s lab in New Westminster, BC, and reviewing the results of spectrographic analysis for various metal-samples analyzed by Dr. George Hathaway.
    The Hutchison Effect has been characterized as a “lift and disrupt” system, or a collection of effects that include the levitation of various materials along with the molecular distortion and disruption of metals, plastics, and organic materials.
    On various occasions, John Hutchison has demonstrated the levitation of heavy objects including wrenches, blocks, tooling, and even an antique cannon-ball weighing dozens of pounds, and documented changes in the structural composition and density for a wide variety of metals, including copper, iron, steel, and aluminum.
    The film footage of the Hutchison Effect we’ll be showing you was shot on Super 8mm film stock in the early 1980’s, and in some cases has been digitally enhanced during transfer to digital format. The materials photos we’ll be presenting were shot mostly in the late 1990’s to early 2000s in digital format.
    John provided samples of various metals affected by the Hutchison Effect to Dr. George Hathway for spectroscopic analysis, which show considerable anomalies in the metallic crystalline structure and distribution of naturally occurring impurities in the metals. Dr. Hathaway transcribed graphs highlighting the anomalies for John, which we’ll be reviewing in detail.

  • UAP Nuclear Incursions: 1945 To Present
    In today’s presentation I’m going to walk you through review of key UAP nuclear incidents from 1945 to present, based on the investigative reports of Robert Hastings.
    Hastings is the author of the book “UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites,” which is a compendium of research that explores literally hundreds of reported UAP encounters spanning decades of time across virtually every step of the nuclear supply chain – from refining and enrichment to processing, storage, and testing.
    Former AATIP member Luis Elizondo has described a “correlation” between UAP sightings and nuclear assets such as power plants, weapons depots, launch facilities, research labs, test sites, and nuclear powered aircraft carriers & submarines. As you’ll see in this presentation, a very clear correlation does exist, but no clear answers as to “why” have yet been uncovered.

  • Gary Stephenson - High-Frequency Gravitational Wave (HFGW) Research Scientists & Conference Events
    Gary Stephenson discusses key scientists in the field of High-Frequency Gravitational Wave research and provides an overview of 2003 Mitre HFGW Conference, the 2005 - '08 ISNPS STAIF Conferences, and the 2017 HFGW Workshop in Chengdu, China.
    High-Frequency Gravitional waves (GW) are a firm prediction of Einstein’s general theory of relativity, but — due to their weakness — have never been directly detected experimentally. Measurement of their indirect effects on the orbits of certain binary neutron stars was a major experimental triumph, and merited the award of a Nobel Prize in Physics; these measurements agree with theory to better than 1%.
    Applications to space technology of High-Frequency Gravitational Waves, (HFGWs), defined as having frequencies in excess of 100 kHz, include: providing:
    (1) multi-channel communications (both point to point and point to multipoint through all normal material things – the ultimate wireless system);
    (2) a remote means for causing perturbations to the motion of objects such as missiles (bullets to ICBMs), spacecraft, land or water vehicles or craft;
    (3) remote coalescing of clouds of hazardous vapors, radioactive dust, etc. by changing the gravitational field in their vicinity;
    (4) the potential for through-earth or through-water "X-rays" in order to observe subterranean structures, geological formations, create a transparent ocean, view three-dimensional building interiors, buried devices, etc.; and
    (5) the potential for remotely disrupting the gravitational field in a specific region of space. The utilization of a possible HFGW telescope as a navigational aid by viewing the anisotropic or patterned HFGW relic cosmic background above, on, or under the ground without reliance on GPS satellite signals is also noted.

    We’re joined by Lt. Gen. Steven Kwast (retired) to discuss the space-based technologies of tomorrow, including point-to-point rocket transportation, space-based beamed solar energy, and mobile charging for drones and electric vehicles.
    Steve retired from service in 2019 as the commander of the Air Education and Training Command, where he was responsible for training over 293,000 students per year. He is a decorated veteran with over 650 combat flight hours and a 33-year career in the Air Force with over 30 awards and decorations, including the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal, Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, and the Bronze Star. He joins us today to discuss the military and economic trends driving the creation of the US Space Force in late 2019.
    We'll be discussing the trends and technologies of tomorrow, including point-to-point rocket transportation, space-based beamed solar energy, and mobile charging for drones and electric vehicles from space. These are only a few of the innovations already under development, and in our discussion we talk about how these technologies can help improve our existence - and the steps necessary to safeguard them in space.
    In addition to American innovation, China is also rapidly moving forward with their own space program. They haven’t missed a milestone in their space program in over 30 years, and they’re on a trendline to pass us technologically.
    The original Space Race back in the ‘60s was intertwined with the development of nuclear weapons, but you’ve described our space race with China as “a contest for economic dominance”, and suggested the Space Force should function like the Coast Guard to safeguard commerce and the rule of law in the off-world economy.

  • John Brandenburg - The Neutron Bomb, Cold War & Shadow War
    Dr. John Brandenburg discusses the Neutron Bomb and provides historical insights into the cold war with the Soviet Union and People's Republic of China (PRC) from his career inside America's secretive fusion research establishment.
    John worked at both Los Alamos and Sandia National Labs on fusion research projects and worked closely with personnel military personnel involved with the secret "Able Archer" nuclear crisis - a dramatic increase in nuclear tension in 1982 / '83 that brought the US & Soviet Union closer to war than any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis.
    John provides general information on the reasons behind the development of the neutron bomb, which is a small hydrogen bomb with augmented radiation effects created by NATO treaty members for use as a tactical nuclear device for use in densely populated areas to reduce collateral damage.
    In broad, general terms we also discuss some of the key nuclear strategies of the atomic age, including "Atomic Annie", the "Davey Crockett", and the transition from bomber-based atomic deterrants to MIRV ICBM platforms over the 40+ year duration of the conflict.
    We conclude our discussion with comparisons between the classic cold-war posturing between the US & Soviet Union during the 20th century in contrast with what John calls today's "Shadow War" with China - another form of low-grade cold war conflict in which posturing & rhetoric influence tensions already complicated by America's complicated business relationship with corporate interests in the PRC.

  • John Brandenburg - Gravity Modification & Poynting Vector Physics
    Dr. John Brandenburg discusses the “Morningstar Energy Box” he co-developed with Paul Murad, which was a modified Searl Effect Generator that reportedly measured a 7% reduction in weight during testing.
    One of the goals of this experiment was to validate a new unified field theory of physics, leading to Brandenburg's "Vacuum Bernoulli Equation" and the the Murad-Brandenburg Poynting field conservation equation, which offers insights into their recent experimental results.
    Dr. John Brandenburg is a theoretical plasma physicist working on particle astrophysics and a fundamental quantum theory of gravity, along with the GEM Unified Field Theory.
    He will be discussing the weight-loss experiments of Kozyrev, Hayasaka and Takeuchi and how their anomalous results were connected to the Poynting vector, as well as its relationship to the GEM (Gravity-Electromagnetism) unified field theory which equates gravity fields to Quantum ZPF EM radiation pressure and equates proton-electron pairs to the Planckian Quantum Vacuum.
    John will discuss the use of Poynting Vector energy by Andrei Sahkarov as the principle behind the Soviet Thermonuclear Fusion Bomb, and how later work by Sakharov in gravitation can be compared to the "Le Sage" gravity shielding model in which cosmic microwave background radiation and/or quantum-foam fluctions provide Poynting Vector energy leading to gravitation.
