PVSP and Outer Roses get back together to follow up on their 2023 season predictions. As most know, the 2023 season was far under most people's expectations for the Timbers so most of the predictions are wildly incorrect (and shots might be consumed as punishment).  After defending some of their decisions, they move onto the 2024 season and some bold predictions are made based on they hype surrounding Phil Neville's arrival.
