Sometimes it's best to forgive and forget inorder to grow psychologically , emotionally , & spiritually , because holding grudges is self sabotaging behavior.
Why do you think the art of forgiveness is important?
•I personally believe we deserve infinite peace , happiness , laughter , and genuine people with kindred spirits in our corner. We don't have to be there to watch people's karma touch down and witness their lives spiral downhill. And we surely don't owe anyone an explanation on why we want to wash our hands with them.
How do you go about overcoming traumatic experiences?
Why do you think overcoming the past helps heal us from trauma?
• I believe it's a must that we operate from profound happiness and peace especially if we have babies and/or a small child(ren) , because mental + emotional illness is not just hereditary. Life is beautiful when we tune out the chaos and stay in alignment with the Universe and our higher self inorder to fulfill our purpose.
