The Biden administration launched a federal civil rights investigation to examine charges of environmental racism. Now, as Donald Trump gets ready to take office, one of Elba’s own, who has been sounding the alarm for proper compensation of Shiloh’s families, is calling on Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to take action before it’s too late.
