Hey guys I’m excited for today’s episode because I just made an intro and outro by myself with a little research and skills. I can see the growth already and I hope that you will come along with me on my journey to grow. This episode I explain why many of us have a hard time learning new things.

Live can be stressful at times in this episode I give you some advice on how to control the hard times life throw at you. I’m learning a lot through my journey - just finding out that segments add a lil flavor to the show. I’ve switched over to garageband (iOS app) because voice memos kept messing up. I had to record this episode and another one like 4x each and every time the audio was distorted so that’s why another episode took so long to be published. My environment is still kinda shitty but we’re going to adapt and overcome. Follow my Instagram @alexbusinessjourney and my Twitter @growwithalexx. The podcast industry is growing at a rapid speed and I recommend that if you want your opinions heard by others for whatever reason you should take it upon yourself to step out of your shy shell and create a podcast.

In today’s episode I got called 3 times while I was recording so this episode is in segments. Now inside this episode you’ll hear me discuss my opinion on leadership and why we need more of it in our community
