Brainstorming session or highly valuable, and I hope to articulate a practical life example of how I’m applying it for my day tomorrow and how to brainstorm, filter, and to get out of analysis paralysis.

Communication and our ability to do it effectively and persuasively, has a tremendous impact on the trajectory of our life, the quality of our relationships, and the impact we will have.

Generally, in the long term running more experiments will more often than not lead to more results.

Be thoughtful on the vision for your life in the future, and choose wisely, who you surround yourself with to help accelerate, momentum in that journey, and to also help them along the way.

It’s really important the perspective that you take when you’re here now. Remember that no is a great answer because from there you can figure out more and more about that individuals perspective on the offer that was posed.

Aim to set context and know what both parties want. Taking time to note down what they want and what you want so that you can have a win win conversation.

Today I’m gonna talk through it example I literally did yesterday and today of writing down a problem in my journal before bed and my brain thinking about it while I’m sleeping m.

Sometimes in life, even this may sound a bit hypocritical, but I don’t know we show up on time. But when somethings important, it’s really important to make sure that you show up and do your part. Setting a clear expectation on when and where you’ll be somewhere and then delivering on it helps build trust in your relationships
