Finally, we explore the concept of ‘quantum thinking’, essentially exercising a freedom to understand ourselves and our universe well beyond the limitations of linearity, existing beliefs and I bias. 

We can learn to explore human potential through stepping out of the boxes we have created for ourselves and learn to explore our minds as potential gateways
to a more inspiring and sustainable future.

Here we return to the human experience and specifically to the challenges of achieving a scientific understanding of subjectivity. We explore a model depicting 6 levels of human consciousness and return to the story of the ‘self ‘: is it real and what is its role within the evolutionary context? We challenge the human instinct to be ‘right’ or’ wrong’ and advocate instead the search for shared understanding.

Returning to the everyday world of organisational life, we challenge the limitations of linear thinking and the preoccupation with the observable and measurable. Instead, we look at the case for understanding subjective motivational factors as the true drivers of human performance and productivity and explore what this means for the type of leaders we need
now and in the future. 

We examine the idea of a ‘quantum organisation’ which is genuinely people centric and understands the potential of energetic connection and flow. 

We look at the emergence of divergent minds and argue that they are here to stay and should be embraced as an opportunity for tapping into wider human talent.

For this episode we take a broader look across science, spirituality and religion and examine areas of emerging convergence. Why does the human species appear to have the need to believe in ‘something bigger’? 

We examine some of the science behind this and speculate further on the role of the intelligent universe. We also play with the concept of serendipity, asking, "is it a sign of something deeper?"

We will also delve into the world of the ‘self’, asking whether it has any biological foundation and posing the implications as to what this may mean for making sense of our lives.

Here we will delve more deeply into quantum energy, particularly exploring why it created such a fundamental shift in our understanding of the universe. We will examine the dilemma faced by the physics community in the 20th century as represented by Albert Einstein and Nils Bohr. 

We will present the proposition that it’s time for quantum physics to come out of
the lab and to inform an important debate about the true nature of human potential.

This opening episode presents an overview of the series and sets out to explain why we need to change our thinking patterns if we are to emerge from the personal and global crisIs we now face. This will include an exploration of the Quantum Realm, the foundational substance of the universe, which may yet hold the secrets to a necessary change of course for humanity.
