The man hadn't always been blind. Maybe that's why he was ready to walk away with a half-way miracle. He thought it was good enough. But Jesus had so much more to offer, a greater miracle to work: an answer to prayers the man didn't even know he was praying. What about you? Are you content with a half way miracle when Jesus has so much more to offer? Join us this episode as we continue our series, "Royalty of Love" with a close look at what the blind man saw when Jesus opened his eyes.

Have you ever felt like an imposter inside the church? Or maybe you’ve invited someone who has said, “I’d be struck by lightning if I walked through those doors!” As we read Jesus' miracle in Mark 8 this week, we witness Jesus bringing abundance to outsiders. Outsiders like you and me. Jesus even invites us to not be slow to understand the invitation he extends to everyone! Join us this episode as we take a close look at Mark 8 and then at our own hearts that are too often, “Slow to Understand.”

Think of all of the people you crossed paths with last week. Maybe it was at work or at the grocery store or on the golf course. Do you see them? Sometimes Jesus brings people into our lives as an opportunity, sometimes it is a test. Sometimes ... it’s both.

Have you ever wondered what God thinks of you and your past sins? Maybe you’ve gotten caught up with how you appear to God, you imagine the judgment of God, and you start to feel guilt and shame because you know you haven’t lived up to his standard of perfection. Join us this episode as we continue our series on the book of Mark entitled, “The Royalty of Love.” We’re going to talk about what really makes a person “unclean” in God’s eyes, and what that means for us.

Because of science, the question, “When does life begin?” is no longer relevant today in the pro-life and pro-choice discussion. The question in the debate between the pro-life and pro-choice groups has now changed to “When does a fetus become a person?” or “When does a baby become a person?” The notion of personhood has to do with awareness. The pro-life view says the fetus is a growing person from the moment of conception. The pro-choice view says that a fetus or baby is a person only when it becomes aware of its surroundings and existence. How do we approach this as Jesus followers? Join us this episode to find out.

"Why do you condemn homosexuality and transgenderism when it's clear God made people that way and that he loves all people the same?" The Bible would say you have the gender you were created with. Science would say it's biology. Culture would say gender is a personal choice. Let's discuss this challenging topic together.

Many people cite the reason for rejecting Christianity and Jesus has nothing to do with the authentic Christian faith, much less Jesus. They just point to hypocrisy. The problem? Those who are calling out ”hypocrisy” don’t actually know what it is. Join us this episode as we explore one of the biggest reasons people reject the Christian faith.

"Aren't Christians just a bunch of judgmental people? All they talk about is what's 'wrong' and who 'sins.' I'm all about love and acceptance."
It's easy to see where this sentiment comes from. Maybe Christians are too judgmental? How should we speak about such big things as "good and evil" or "right and wrong?" Maybe we should just live and let live...
Let's go back to Jesus' actual words when he told his followers not to judge. We'll see what he warns us away from and what he calls us to.

"How can a just and righteous God condemn people to hell?" We are talking about the same God, and God's love and justice answers the question. The simple fact is a loving God is not going to let people get away with sin like hurting innocent people. If God is loving, he has to be just. Join us this episode as we dig in to this tough question.
