As a leader we can get comfortable and lead on auto pilot. Never adjusting and never growing. But a leader that is adjusting and constantly learning, is like a manual transmission, when you shift the gears at the right time at the right place the car run smooth. When we’re on automatic we will tend to overlook things. Be a leader that adjust to each of his members and that never stops learning.

Know your team: ask? Where they grow up/what’s their hobby etc. /“by taking care of your people, you take care of your vision” / know people weakness and strengths and work on both/like in football your the coach/a great team will create ways for people to become leaders/ subscribe/like/ and share.
