On this episode I talk about the importance of being creative, but pairing that up with executing the ideas. And creativity is one of those things that if you don’t use it you lose it, so take in creative things. A leader can work within team as well as lead a team. Things to remember: be positive/communication that helps get to group goal/give respect/be all in even if it’s not all about you/a willing leadership is better then a micro manager/and adapt on the spot. And always remember the end goal/ and a leader doesn’t get served they serve other.
