The title says it all! Pame Nicklesen joins me in studio talking about how to fight in such a way to bring solutions rather than heartache.
It's in the title. This episode is all about Compatibility. Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual and Physical compatibility and more!
In this episode Timmy and Pame talk about the 4 relationship killers: Indifference, Contempt, Neglect and Violence. They also talk about 6 ways to help your relationship flourish: Appreciation, Gratitude, Going the Extra Mile, Giving Space, Admiration and the Importance of having friends. We do hope you enjoy this episode and that it helps you to achieve the relationship you've always wanted! It is possible!
Thank you to Samantha Turley, Laura Turley and Pame Nickelsen for coming on the show to talk openly, honestly about abortion and the recent overturn of Roe vs Wade. Listen with an open heart.
Happy 4th of July! In this episode Pame and I talk a little more about things to consider and. look at when dating someone to see if they really are a good fit for you, and you for them! Enjoy!
In an online world where people can hind behind the blue screen of their computer and pretend to be anyone they want, can indeed make you a bit suspicious of "really knowing someone" and that's what Timmy & Pame talk about in this episode. You'll enjoy the authenticity for which they share, as well as the vulnerability to be open and honest with their own journey of self discovery.
What an amazing episode with Pame Nickelsen on Why Dating Apps Sucks and Why You Should Use Them and so much more! We talk about the important journey of self discovery and also allowing God (the Universe, or Spirit .... whatever belief system you live by) do its work. You just work on yourself and get out there and do and be you and take chances. It's almost a letting go and getting something better than you had dreamed!
It's always fun having Pame Nickelsen, Gretchen Marie and Steve Jahnke in studio to discuss love, dating and relationships.
Pame and I loved talking with Dr. Katie Sutton about Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Here is her BIO...
Dr. Katie Sutton is the Medical Director of Advanced Hormone Therapy and Aesthetics. She is a board certified Obstetrician Gynecologist and specializes in hormone therapy and optimization for both men and women. She went to Kansas State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Science in Biology in 2002. She then went to the University of Kansas School of Medicine and graduated at the top of her class in 2006. She was accepted into the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences OBGYN residency program where she was elected as the Senior resident during her fourth year and was on the residency interview committee and review board. After graduating in 2010. She went on to practice as an OBGYN at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas and was a volunteer faculty member for the University of Kansas OBGYN residency program and served on the residency interview committee. After 5 years in practice in Wichita, Dr Sutton took a position in her home town of Manhattan, KS where she practiced as a private OBGYN for her community for nearly 5 years. It was during this time she began to see patients with a variety of concerns that were suggestive of hormone imbalance and as she saw more and more patients with these concerns she realized a need for care specializing and focusing on optimizing her patient’s health and wellness through specific blood tests, monitoring and personalized hormone management. She understands that each individual is unique and that hormonal balance is achieved by meeting these specific needs.
