In this episode I talk about Porn, the good, the bad, and the ugly. I call my good friend Steve Jahnke to get some of his thoughts as he has small children living at home with access to internet 24/7. I think you will enjoy this conversation, and find it helpful with managing personal porn use as well as dealing with porn and the kids.
In this episode I talk about Breaks Ups; knowing when to stay or when to go. Know when to hold em, and when to fold. It can be tough breaking up with someone for so many reasons. Let's chat about a few important things to remember when having that struggle. Sometimes you should stay and work it out, other times maybe not.
In this episode I have a freakin amazing conversation with my dear friend Pame Nickelsen about things that should be normalized in a relationship, like: Needing Space, Having Disagreements, Making mistakes and apologizing, Adjusting to change, Setting boundaries, Engaging in difficult and awkward conversations, Struggling to maintain emotional connection, Having needs met outside the relationship, Other being different than us, and finally Imperfections. Enjoy!
I am reading Logan Ury's book, How To Not Die Alone and in the book she has a chapter called, Go On a Second Date. It's a great chapter on not making such a rash decision on rejecting someone, unless there is real reasons to do so. I've always taught a Three Date Minimum. This gives you a real chance to get to know someone and see if they are a possible fit or not. Enjoy!
I watched hours of YouTube videos done by women who shared what they want in the bedroom, and here are the 15 things most all of them said time and time again about what they want when it comes to SEX. Enjoy!
As a middle aged divorced guy (53) I am learning to date all over again, and it's so different than in was in the 80' & 90's. Not only has my life changed drastically, but society, our world has changed drastically. I mean technology alone has revolutionized our lives, and for sure has made a huge impact on dating. I didn't have Social Media, and there were no "Dating Apps" to scroll through. Times have changed. I have changed. You have changed. So that's what I talk about in this short little podcast episode. Enjoy!
The title says it all! I also play a clip from a podcast episode entitled, Best Blow Job Ever by Sex w/Emily. Enjoy!
I, along with Pame Nickelsen, Gretchen Marie, and Steve Jahnke discuss the new book, How to Not Die Alone by Logan Ury. In her book she talks about the three types of dating which we all fall into, also attachment style, and developing a better mindset when dating. Enjoy!
