This week I jump in my TARDIS(didn't you know all Dr Who podcasters have one?) and take you back to 2008, this was my second visit to Cardiff but the first podcast I'd recorded there, before that there'll be a brief bit of Sarah Jane Adventures news.

We ticked off many of the sights and sounds of the city from The Millenium Stadium and The Castle but our trip concluded with a visit to Cardiff Bay and a few other locations that were used in the TV shows Doctor Who and Torchwood. This week another panel from May's Invasion convention,actors Keith Guest and Graham Cole the monster men. Keith is better known in who circles as one of the Marshmen from Full Circle, Graham though now better known as PC Stamp in The Bill has also played many monsters notably Cybermen.
