In the early days of my podcast existence,  more than a year ago, I did a show on dating and sex over 50.  Joining me for that show were two female friends; one who had an experienced active dating resume and the other had not been on a date in years, while myself was six months out of a relationship and starting to mingle again.  This show is a follow up, but with more focus and understanding on the purpose of dating and the importance of building relations from a social wellness and self care perspective.

It is my opinion that relationships regardless of its  roles should be based on reciprocal needs, and I believe that communication, respect, trust, interest, and pleasure is the core. In this episode I speak about my current experiences and personal views regarding my active dating life and the importance of the interview stage and why our connections should have a substantial impact on our growth and learning, not just about someone else but we should learn something about ourselves  from each encounter too.

I have been dieting since I was 21-years-old. I learned a lot during this period. I began to live a healthy lifestyle, it wasn't always easy, I faced challenges along the way.
