How it all started. When I was a little girl, I don't recall hearing my mom or dad, talk about doctor’s appointments or scheduling a doctor's visit. My first memory of seeing a doctor myself was at the age of 10 and I also remember becoming curious about weight loss too around that time. So many memories. Thinking of my family's diet and exercise plans back then, realizing neither existed, but what did exist was family members perishing way too soon of poor health or disease.

It's never too late. Even now we have the power to make change. To be well and teach daughters, grandchildren and inspire others to want to live healthier, to be their best. Happy Women's History Month!

Exactly three years ago, during the height of the pandemic, on New Year's Eve, during a planned FaceBook Live, I announced my podcast to my family and friends! My son-in-law deejayed and my oldest daughter and I wore a gown for the occasion, a shut-in- NYE party. Now at the top of my third year, the year preceeding this one was a period of major shift.

I am incredibly thankful to all my guests over the years, who trusted me enough to share my plateform, engaging in topics of their expertise, and or interest. I am honored to name them all, along with over 20 countries that are streaming too.

When I turned 59 this year, during this annual reflection period of my life, this time walking the sands in Aruba at sunrise, God is magnificent were among my thoughts, but also I though, what new and exciting thing will I do in the final year of my 50's? Listen to the show to findout.

Friendships matters at any age, from kindergarten to present, I remember and acknowledge those who were and are still or currently good friends to me, from then to now.

A common bond is the foundation, trust is earned and necessary for a true friendship. Hopefully we evolve through our connections, but sometimes as a result we have to leave some friendships behind when they don't . We grow we learn and we thirst for new and exciting ventures and a circle of support who cheers for us not secretly despise us for unknow reasons. When this happens no matter how much you care about the friendship you have to save yourself from the mental demise, just like any relationship you evaluate it and if it's not working move on, and on the good note be sure to be thankful and show appreciation to your true friends. Cheers to friendships!
