As women, and especially as moms, we tend to feel guilty for taking time out for ourselves
to do something indulgent or fun if it takes us away from our children or family.
What I have come to learn and realize through experience is that my physical health and mental health
are vital to me being the best me possible.
I had to find ways to workout and take time out for myself to get recharged so I could be the mom I wanted to
be. To show up in the capacity that I desired.
I want to share with you ways that I have been able to stay accountable in my fitness and self-care-not perfectly but committed:
