It is our first local baddie episode! We are so excited to introduce the world to Cynthia (Cyndie) Skoros. She is a mental health counselor in Pensacola, FL. We talk all things Cyndie, mental health and loving yourself. Cyndie also schools the girls on how to take a shot. Spoiler alert - we are lightweights. Enjoy!

This week, Evelyn is back in person! She tell us about Dr. Mae C. Jemison, the first first African American female astronaut. We learn about how dancing helped her in her journey and how much she love Star Trek. Hannah enjoys her cosmonaut a little much and the tables have turned on Sherilyn.

Hannah takes us on a creole journey with the story of Chef Leah Chase. We learn about her humble beginnings, her impact on the civil rights movement, her famous restaurant and how she inspired Disneys first black princess. Sherilyn drinks way too much alcohol (per usual) and ends up .. you guessed it .. on the floor. Evelyn joins us remotely as she is on week 2 of quarantine.

Did you know that up until 1981, there were no African American female neurosurgeons? This episode, Sherilyn tells us about the woman that paved the way for African American woman in the field of neurosurgery and in medicine.
