After an episode of hyping each other up and talking all about empowerment in our friendship and communities around us, we feel as it is our responsibility to reveal that conflicts exist in friendships as well. It's not always rainbows and sunshine but we will always find a way. In this ep, we also touched upon different personalities, types of communication styles, cultures, and childhood traumas (just a lil bit).

It is November and it is the month off appreciation. Thanks to you guys, we have decided that we will start off this month with a friendship episode. And since Min is in Utrecht where our friendship actually grew, we kind of have the feeling of nostalgic as we are both far from there!

Since we started the journey in the Netherlands, we can definitely see the shifts in the dynamics of the people we surronded by. We feel lucky to meet such woke and carefull people who taught us so much about mental health. Being lucky enough that our mental health are fairly healthy, not to the point we have to look for help to continue our lives, we want to be supportive to our friends. It was hard sometime but we thought it was definitely worth it to stay there with them through their downs to see their glowing ups!

The "winter blue", "seasonal affective disorder" are all beautiful words to describe seasonal depression. You might or might not heard of it but it does happen. The lack of Vitamin D in the winter caused the fluctuation of chemistry in the brain, which caused this disorder. Taking time for yourself is important.
