Today I talk about mental health and the need to focus on yourself and take care of oneself. Healthcare workers are facing immense pressure in the workplace and we aren’t ok.

I brought on one of my day ones, Danielle! Dani has been by my side since the start of our nursing careers and has seen so much as an ED RN at a level 1 trauma center. We talk about nursing school, old times, how covid is hitting us and how we really feel about it all.

2020 has been a wild year. As covid ramps up, hear my take on how I’m doing (here’s a clue: not well lol), what I’m going through, and reminiscing on old times.
