TJ Perkins is the author of the book, The Healthy Witch and tonight, and we decided that we'd take a healthy approach in this show and do something beneficial for all the listeners.From time to time, I've had guests on that did short guided visualizations, but I've never had a guest to one as in depth s the one TJ did. she took us through an in-depth healing meditation to help relieve stress and anxiety and in these crazy times, it was much needed. She also explained a new and simple way she found to cleanse our chakras, and talked about a series of new books she's writing called So You Wanna Be A Witch? which teaches Wicca to ages 8-12.
