Today I'm talking about cheesecake. That's not a joke.

Sometimes we're stuck in a place surrounded by obstacles and barriers. The secret to breaking through, is to focus on a single barrier, and not give up until it falls to the ground.

Facebook showed me something hilarious, and altogether interesting, that made me further realize just how big an impact we have on the world around us.

Today I want to remind everyone of what a great day, week, and month it can be. There are still 11 months in 2019, so it's not too late to make this your big year.

Trauma, injuries, sickness, and all around bad times have a way of putting us out of commission for a while. As much as we want life to go back to normal, sometimes we're just not ready yet.

I'm finally back after two days of having no voice, and I've been thinking about re-runs.

(Sorry everyone! I still don't have a voice, so today is another repeat of a favorite episode of mine. I'm hoping to be back tomorrow!) You're at your best, when you take a rest. Yeah that's straight up corny, but just because it rhymes doesn't mean it...

(This is my first ever re-run! I have completely lost my voice, so I couldn't record today's talk. :( Hoping I'll be back in business tomorrow!) I don't always get it right, but I try to be a better giver every day.
