In 2016 Natsumi Kogawa was a 30-year-old woman from Japan who was studying in Vancouver BC. Her light shone brightly to all who knew her. She was murdered by a career criminal, sexual predator, and violent offender named William Victor Schneider. Schneider would initially confess to the murder and the evidence would also prove guilt. However, William Schneider has recently won an appeal in his murder conviction. This episode walks through the details of the appeal, the new trial, and Schneider’s possible release. Thank you for listening!
