Phase 1 - Come from under the influence of rejection so it no longer affects you negatively

Phase 2 - Deconstruct the limiting beliefs that were erected as you went through rejection

Phase 3 - Accept that you are worthy, loved and that a good life is God's plan for you, so that the goodness comes in, you can receive it

Even though you may have come through a phase or two of healing from rejection, until you're all the way through, you will still get triggered by things that happen in life, especially those not so good moments.
