To Stretch or Not to Stretch? My Take After 1,809 Consecutive Runs

Today I’m diving into a topic that stirs up plenty of debate in the fitness world—should you stretch before and after exercise, or is it overrated? After running 1,809 consecutive days (barefoot, no less!), and currently feeling every bit of my 43 years, I’m sharing my honest experiences, the muscle stiffness I’ve battled, and my evolving views around stretching versus dynamic warm-ups and cool-downs. I discuss how my routine (or lack thereof) may be impacting my recovery, especially after throwing a few rounds of golf into the mix.
