After a long menstrual cycle, Noor finally decides to sit down and talk about something. What is the difference between self-love and self-care? It's not the same thing and the difference is quite profound. 

In this episode, I explore the question: Should we live out our individualistic fantasies or compromise our personal desires to fit into a community and truly belong? I also talk about how I hate receiving unwanted advice and why we should talk about our beliefs regardless of what others may think.
